Dear Crêpe Corner Community,
After nine wonderful months of serving up sweet and savory crêpes, we’ve made the difficult decision to close The Crêpe Corner at THE BLOCK on August 10.
This journey has been filled with flavor, laughter, and connection—and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who stopped by, supported us, and made our little corner of Rio Rancho feel like home. From first-time visitors to loyal regulars, your enthusiasm and encouragement have meant the world.
As part of ongoing compliance updates, we were recently informed that a Level 1 fire suppression hood is required to continue operating in our current space. After careful consideration, we’ve decided not to pursue the kitchen remodel and associated expense at this time. While this chapter is coming to a close, we remain proud of what we built and the joy it brought to our community.
We want to extend our deepest thanks to THE BLOCK for their unwavering support, collaborative spirit, and commitment to helping small businesses thrive. Their team has gone above and beyond to champion our vision, and we’re truly grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a dynamic and creative space.
